CALIFORNIA. Google has been moving around more than 11 million site with domain .co.cc of their search result page, because in that sites are too much SPAM.
As quoted on The Register, Domain .co.cc is not the official rate two kind .co.uk, .com.au, .co.id. Domain .co.cc are offered indepedently by korean company (http://.co.cc) Google itself marked .co.cc as "free-host"
"If we see the current lot in freehost sites containing spam, or of poor quality," said Matt Cutts, the Google Web Spam Team.
"To help protect users, recently we modify the malware-scanning systems at Google," adds Cutts.
According to the latest report from the Anti-Phishing Working Group, approximately 4963 freehosting co.cc host phishing attacks / spam in the middle of the second half of 2010. Make a free domain at co.cc too.
Co.cc claim that they have 11,383,736 and 5,731,278 registered domain user account, making it one of the largest domain in the world, bigger than. Org and. Uk.

I think Google should have at least gives users the opportunity to appeal the cancellation of the domain of individual re-listed.
